From initial idea to series of heavy-duty spring production
Our engineering team works closely with customers to develop spring solutions that meet demanding requirements for function, performance and cost efficiency.
We support projects from RFQ and design through prototyping and testing to industrialized series production. In-house fatigue life and relaxation testing enables us to verify performance as part of the development process.

Heavy-duty spring manufacturing
Our factory is equipped for the manufacture of large and highly loaded springs in a broad range of materials and dimensions.
Depending on material and application, we process spring wire and bar in dimensions up to 80 mm, including spring steels and alloy materials.
Our coiling equipment enables both cold and hot coiling, with spring outside diameters up to approximately 320 mm.
