Alcomex Springs Pvt Ltd, part of the Alcomex group, operating from one location in India. We started our operations on 7th March 2007. Alcomex Springs Pvt. Ltd. is one of the most advanced production hubs within the Alcomex Group, delivering high-performance torsion springs to leading industrial, residential, and commercial door manufacturers worldwide.

We offer a wide range of torsion springs with annual capacity of 12000 Tons/ 1.2 million springs. We are equipped with high performance coiling, shot peening, powder coating & curing machines.

At Alcomex India we manufacture high-performance torsion springs engineered specifically for garage door applications. All custom-made torsion springs undergo shot peening and powder-coating treatments to enhance fatigue resistance, increase load capacity, and significantly extend service life.

Torsion springs are available in both standard configurations and fully customized solutions, depending on customer requirements. Standard spring diameters are offered in 44 mm, 51 mm, 67 mm, 95 mm, and 152 mm, with wire diameters up to 12 mm and spring length up to 4000 mm. All springs are produced as per global standards of EN 10270-1, IS 4454, ASTM-229-M-IHT.

We are also a proud member of DCCAI (Deccan Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture) and ISM (Indian Spring Manufacturing) association.
