Beijer Components (parent company to Lesjofors) has welcomed the publication of Beijer Alma’s Interim Report January–June 2026, with its parent company reporting improved profitability, strong cash flow and continued resilience despite an uncertain economic environment.
Beijer Alma delivered a stable performance during the second quarter, following a strong end to the first quarter. Business activity remained at a healthy level, although the wider market has yet to show clear signs of gaining momentum.
The results demonstrate the strength of Beijer Alma’s decentralised business model and provide a robust financial foundation for the continued development and long-term growth of Beijer Components.

Building the future of Beijer Components
The interim report also highlights the strategic development of Beijer Components as it broadens its ambitions beyond its traditional spring heritage.
The transition from Lesjöfors Group to Beijer Components reflects the ambition to grow within a wider range of specialist industrial niches and expand the business’s addressable market, while maintaining clear investment criteria and a disciplined approach to acquisitions.
Beijer Components is now working in a structured way to build a pipeline of potential acquisition candidates, with an initial focus on Europe. This will enable the company to draw on its established presence, relationships and industrial knowledge while continuing to develop a broader portfolio of specialist businesses.
Filip Ribbenberg, CFO of Beijer Components, said: “The first half of the year has demonstrated the resilience of both Beijer Alma and Beijer Components. Strong profitability and cash generation give us the confidence to continue investing in our businesses, supporting our customers and pursuing new acquisition opportunities. As we build Beijer Components for the future, these results provide a strong foundation for the next stage of our growth.”
Backed by the financial strength and long-term ownership model of Beijer Alma, Beijer Components enters the second half of 2026 with a clear acquisition agenda and continued confidence in the opportunities ahead.
