European Springs & Pressings LTD

For more than 70 years, European Springs & Pressings Ltd has designed and manufactured springs, wireforms, pressings and stampings from its London facility, and it remains one of the spring manufacturers UK engineers and buyers turn to for both bespoke and standard components.

Its range covers compression, torsion, tension and gas springs, alongside bespoke springs, wireforms and pressings developed by its in-house design team. A stock catalogue of more than 12,000 standard lines supports faster supply. Smaller wireform orders are produced by hand, while larger runs use CNC automated spring coilers and wire forming equipment. High-speed presses of up to 130 tonnes, including Mabu Zani and SMV machines, handle pressing and stamping orders of tens of millions of components. On-site finishing includes powder coating, shot peening, barrel rumbling and polishing.
