We provide structured support for your projects from the design phase right through to series production, ensuring functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Our in-house toolmaking facility forms the basis for stable and efficient series production processes. Through precise manufacturing, simulations and early coordination, we ensure short set-up times, high process reliability and the long-term fulfilment of all customer requirements.
With a high degree of automation in production and assembly, we guarantee consistently high quality and a competitive price-performance ratio. Inline assembly, robot-assisted handling and integrated testing and camera systems enable 100% inspection and stable processes, even with the most demanding tolerances.
Another key focus is on quality assurance and testing technology. State-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment, along with CAQ systems, ensure that our products meet the highest standards. We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and VDA.
In addition, we offer comprehensive services in the field of tool relocation and contract manufacturing. Whether it’s short-term capacity bottlenecks, supplier failures or new project launches, we handle tool transfers, contract stamping and round wire projects quickly, systematically and reliably.
